DIVERSITY, EQUITY 
& INCLUSION (DEI)

These are three closely linked concepts. ‘Diversity’ is understood as variety and richness of differences among people, whether to do with gender, sexual orientation, provenance, ability or any other traits.

Equity’ means it is possible for all to have access to identical opportunities, resources and fair treatment, independently of who they are. ‘Inclusion’ is the capacity to create an environment where each individual feels welcome, respected and valued.

 

The D.E.I. approach promotes a workplace and society that recognise, foster and celebrate variety, striving to eliminate any disparity and ensuring that everyone can express themselves through their individuality because they feel safe to do so.
